The course is designed to train professionals with knowledge, tools, and investigative and prosecutorial techniques to effectively detect, investigate, and assist in the prosecution of criminal street gangs and other criminal organizations by using best practices. ** Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney, Keith Higgins, will cover the cost for any law enforcement officers employed with a law enforcement agency within the Brunswick District Circuit.
